General Questions

The answer is yes, all we ask is that you email us to let us know first.  For UK customers you can make another order online,  once you have chosen the extra parts you require then select the 'Collection From Ricambio' option in shipping options which is free.  We will then send the orders together to keep the shipping cost down but If the extra order increases the shipping cost we will contact you separately to arrange payment.  Any large orders placed after 1pm may delay the shipping and mean the whole order is shipped the next day. 

For the foreseeable future our shop is closed to visitors but we do have a collection service in place.  All orders MUST be placed online first, we will not serve clients without a prior website order placed. You have the option to choose 'COLLECTION FROM RICAMBIO' in shipping options in checkout which is FREE.  Once your order is placed we will prepare it and place it into a secure Locker at the rear of the premises and then we will contact you to confirm when its ready to collect and how to access the secure Lockers.  

I am sorry we do not accept Cash for the foreseeable future. We accept all cards, Paypal, APPLEPAY and Bank Transfers

No problem its impossible for us to keep everything so please simply contact us with the details of the car and we will get back to you with costs and availability etc

All our products are supplied with a 12 months limited manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.  

Our motto is buy cheap buy twice (or more)!! We will always prefer to source quality branded parts over cheaply made reproductions, where available.  The parts supply markets are constantly changing 

so there will be occasions when we are only able to source cheaper items for certain applications, but if we decide its good enough quality then we will sell it otherwise it will be out of stock.

We receive deliveries daily so on the most part we will have fully stocked shelves, but where we are out of stock please use the NOTIFY ME button the the product page and the website will update you once its back in stock.  Otherwise please CONTACT US if you require a part urgently and we can give you an ETA on any part

Shipping Questions

We use DHL as our courier of choice and we ship worldwide on a daily basis to any country. 

We ask all our couriers to request a signature on arrival, BUT you are usually given options from the couriers (DHL & FEDEX) in the form of an email or text to leave the order in a safe place AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing if you choose to leave in a safe place.

If you have an account and login then once you go through the checkout process the website will give you the shipping price. If you checkout as a guest then once you have added your address to the basket basket the website will automatically then work out the shipping costs for you.
