THESE ARE RECONDITIONED UNITS SO WE REQUIRE THE OLD UNIT BACK FROM YOU IN A USEABLE CONDITION.  IF THE CASING IS BROKEN IN ANY WAY THEN ITS NOT USEABLE

WE WILL NOT SEND THIS UNIT OUT TO YOU WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING THE OLD UNIT BACK FROM YOU FOR INSPECTION.  THE OTHER ALTERNATIVE WOULD BE TO PAY THE £100 DEPOSIT

BUT IF YOUR OLD UNIT IS NOT USEABLE THIS WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
