This is a brand new panel however it has surface patina which can be easily removed.

If the rear arches are showing signs of rust then this 100 degree panel saves you from changing the complete rear wing if unnecessary.

This Repair Panel starts about half way up the front of the rear arch and goes all the way around the arch and then underneath the Rear Lamps.
